    You don't need suspension - just get a Dakar pack & shackle flip w/ extended brake lines & call it done for now - You've got a better setup than I had on my front end when I first got 35's...
    I'd say get a front bumper & give yourself a better approach angle first.
    After that 35's
    Then gears & lockers.
    I know you've been on the 37's thread - I'd suggest taking steps.
    have you gotten tc cam tab gussets? tc spindle gussets? tc coil bucket gussets?
    I would not even consider 37's without the above...

    Just my $.02 bud. ;)

    I was thinking All-poo expos because more lift and more flexy. I am worried about the rear being too stiff with Dakars... am I insane? Also I'm turned on by the shackle flip but I'm also gun shy because I've heard lots of negativity about wearing out springs and such. With or without I would run a shock relocation cuz I know that helps droop tons. Somewhere on here is a pic of Tyler Pelfrey's old truck dropping his tire below the slider w/out shackle flip.
    You make a good point about all the gusseting. That's why I think it's best to wait until LT with the 37s...

    But anyways, what you're saying is it's probably a good idea to tackle rear suspension first then since its not upwards of 5 grand haha...

    If you are going to wheel you need to get used to the fact that rear leafs are a wear item. ;)

    I have expos, 0 complaints about them, a tad stiff with no weight but we drive trucks not luxury sedans....

    They flex very well and hold weight no problem

    this was 40 bags of soaking wet mulch last spring, we guestimated it around 1000lbs the expos sagged around 1-2 inches and rode like butter
    And btw DCLBFTMFW

    Edit- only complaint is about the company itself, seems the customer service tends to be sub par, they forgot to ship a bushing for the fox shocks i ordered with the leafs, I was told they had been overnighted and would be at my door in the morning... 6 days later they show up.. but that doesnt have anything to do with the quality of their products

    How long have you had them? Only reason I don't like them is ive seen a few people say they are flat after just a year of having them and not to much weight in the back. I know with my dakars I put 1500-1600lbs of sod in the back and it went down only 1.5". Plus they flex really well, Dakota check out Schmellmopwho's build, he has a ton of pictures of dakar flex.

    Ive had them for almost a year now and they havnt sagged at all. I do alot of odd jobs for my dad throughout the summer that involves carrying random loads of crap around town so they ahve seen their share of use.

    I dont doubt the dakars are a great choice just giving my thoughts on the Expos

    There is a reason why AP leafs and Dakars are the most popular among the people here, they both do their job well and they are both great choices, kinda similar to front coilovers, the top 3 or 4 are all perfect choices you just gotta decide on color essentially.

    I just want whatever will droop more. Here's what I'm going to do. With a shackle flip I know you can't utilize all the droop it will provide. Shocks are always going to be your limiter unless you run a 14+ through the bed.

    So... I will buy one or the other leaf packs and install a BAMF shock relocation. Then without shocks I'm going to droop it out. A 12" King smoothie has an extended length of 31.585". If say at full droop I'm only at like 27-28 inches then I'll run a shackle flip with limit straps. However, If I'm like 30 I'll probably leave it and maintain my uptravel with gobs of droop still. Make sense? It's not worth flipping the shackle and the getting the detrimental effects for only 1-2" of droop.
