Never been out there either, but I know it stays very wet most of the time.

Lol, not so much that I'm scared of mud. I just tend to do dumb things once I'm in it...

The last 3 times I went in mud to play I broke something. One CV when I was ifs, an alternator at Hard Rock and the trunnion bearings at Citrus. That's got to be at least 400 bucks for 15 minutes of fun. Strip clubs are cheaper!

Some people may be opposed to it. Just gotta make sure we have sufficient recovery equipment since not alot of people have been there. I did see a video from deland gixxer on youtube of them out there with fink, but nothing recent

The ledge I hit on the left side of the mud hole is what killed them. Me being dumb and going in the mud made it all possible.

I've rode around with the dual sport bike and been a helper at a dual sport race. Ron has been there with the land rover club. It is very wet!!! Holes big enough to swallow tacoma's. Ron watched a truck go in and down for the count!! The big military 6x6's have a meet there. Google "steel soldiers Richloam"

I'll go any weekend I'm not working basically. I can show you the big holes if you want to. I've been out there 4 times and I kinda know my way around and my way out.
My free days are mostly Sunday's.

Went out there in October 2013. It was very wet...as wet as I've ever seen it out there. After Chris Sparks got his clutch wet, we opted to head over to Citrus instead.

However, March might be a little better a time of year to go. It might be a little less wet without having all summer to collect run off. I might be willing to go, but I'll probably just be in it for the trail ride. Probably won't play in the mud any more than necessary.

That said, Jon, you can give it a shot if you want, but I'm not sure it's really a 2WD-friendly area. I'm guessing for about 80-90% of the trails you drive on you'll be fine, but that last 10-20% (usually the water crossings) demands 4WD, or for someone with 4WD to tow you across.

Anyway, if you want to put together a trip, check this thread here...

If you have any serious intention to go, allow me to suggest you head to the closest Toyota Dealer and see if you can get the parts for the Diff Breather mod so we can maybe do that on Saturday. ;)

edit: If you want, all you need is the breather, hose nipple, and the hose clamps. I have a good bit of the hose left over from mine. It should be sufficient for yours.
