      Stupid question, but is there an easy way to check the wiring to all the sensors? Could I just turn the truck to the on position and check for 12 volts or is that not the case?

      Well you could, but all that would verify is that you have 12 volts present. By inspecting I was meaning to look for any visible signs of damage such as exposed wiring or broken connectors etc...
