Love the look of your truck! I've got a DCLB TRD Off Road. It sits too low for how long it is. I'm getting my front 5100's on next week with a 1.5 tapered block in the rear. I'm struggling with which notch to put it at (either 4th or 5th) and I see you had them set at both. Curious, any difference in ride quality between them or did you change them solely for aesthetics?

Thank you bro appreciate it. IMO from 4th to 5th setting no difference. I do run e rated tires. Tires alone will cause decrease in ride quality. For me I don’t mind the tires. I like to know I have a good tire for off-roading. I say definitely go for it. For me I didn’t like the soft ride and body roll etc. on stock off road suspension. Love the 5100’s. Good luck and post pics when your get it done

@71tattooguy Right on. My thoughts exactly and the long and flat stance it has stock is really driving me nuts. I'll be doing the lift first and maybe tires next year year (265/75/r16's on the stock wheels like you). I bought some laser cut black vinyl decals to blackout the wheels. I think it'll look okay with the 2/1.5 lift and stock wheels and tires for a little while. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions! I appreciate it. Take care, Sir!

Your welcome bro. Glad I could help. It will look great. Look forward to seeing it lifted.

      Take Care bro

I forgot to ask, my 19' DCLB OR truck sits level without me in it but drops a half inch on the driver's side front when I'm in it. Since I'm going with factory coils in the 5100, should I not worry since it's symmetrical without driver? I did buy a 1/4 spacer for taco lean before reading that I shouldn't need it using factory springs... Also, going with the 1.5 inch block on the stock rear 4600s for now. Is that what you did before, if so, how did it ride? Or did you go 5100s all around right away? Thanks in advance!

Hey bro yes set the 5100’s top setting plus the 1/4” spacer on driver side. I did have a block. Ride will be totally fine. That’s what I had before I did the AAL.

      HIT ME Up Anytime

@71tattooguy You da man! I'm holding off replacing the rear shocks with the blocks since they say a 1.5 inch wont impact the stock shocks (4600's?). I don't do any serious off roading. Thanks, man! You are 10!

Appreciate that. Not a problem at all bro
