5 SPD Transmission questions

Alright boys I'm trying to confirm that the R150f and R155f have a compatible bell housing. Reason being is I'm planning an engine swap that requires an adapter, advance adapters makes an R150f but not an R155f. Some searches have yielded the answer I'm hoping for but just trying to get as much info as possible before moving ahead. If anyone has input that would be awesome

I’ve gone down this rabbit hole and this is the best tech I’ve ever found for it. The short answer is yes, as long as it’s a 96+ R150. I’ve never put my hands physically on both though...
