    I ordered the lights https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...intensity-60-smd-led-tower,-b-type/1777/4121/

It is on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma with rear led tail lights.
When I installed them the light was yellow with the DRL on.
It has three wires going to the socket, so I turned the bulb around.
And it blew the fuse ? I believe that I looked the bulb up correctly. I know that some have had problems with the two wire set ups. But what the heck is wrong with mine ?

Looking at the bulb and testing with power it is set up like.

    Ground Yellow
    Ground White

    But the socket tested

    Ground Ground
Ground Power (for turn and running)

It's most likely popping fuses/shorting out because you don't have CK bulbs.

Superbright may have sent you the wrong item. I went crazy trying to install regular LED switchbacks in a Tundra with the same result.

Run a search on eBay for this: "2 pc 3157 SRCK / CK Samsung LED 22W high power 22 dual SMD chips Switch Back"

You'll find a set of bulbs that will work.

    Here are mine:

The auction I got mine from (for $38.00 shipped!):

Good find; I need the CK also. Several sites don't indicate bulb type so I assume they don't do CK sales.

One question: do these give you an amber parking light, like the 4157NAK filament bulbs.
    That is:
Lights off: DRL mode with white light; amber blinking in turn signal/flasher mode?
Parking lights: DRL mode with white light?
    Headlights on: Amber light-low intensity?

ALso, are you satisfied with the brightness as compared with the oem bulb?

If you REALLY want some awesome bright switchbacks then look on vleds.com Their light output far surpasses any other LED I've seen. My DRL's are brighter than the headlights on high beam. Pricey but worth it ... and no fuse issues.

Seems I fell into the same boat, as I was also blowing fuses as well. I checked out the Ebay add and it said theirs had to be installed with resistors. Anybody have some pics showing the resistor install etc??

Update on my prior post: decided to go with vleds replcement for front dtrl's. Their switchbacks apparently run too hot for the small housings and 'Not OK for DTRL' per thier site, so getting the amber-only 170 lumen version (CK). It's the highest output claim of any including 'superbrights' amber ratings.
Hopefully they're bright enough dtrl as the regular bulb is 270-300 lumen which runs so hot they're discoloring the sockets. ALso putting in led high-mount stop lites and the led amber front corner lights. Resistors for front t/s hyperflash compensation will go in the rear so they only heat in t/s mode. Keeping the regular rear filament t/s bulbs for now.
Will post pics when i can.

Resistor (bronze color) across from the battery terminal:
