2019 Tacoma, 29,000 miles, no mods; started it this morning, inside the garage, saw that the driver side headlight not working on low beam, works on high beam. After about 10 minutes driving, pulled into a business and noticed it was working fine. Any suggestions?
    Thanks,

Headlight filament is loose internally. Replace the bulb.

I agree with a failing filament!
    Best to replace both bulbs!
Might as well upgrade to the H-9 low beam bulbs, buy a pair of @daveeasa H-9 adapters, do not touch the glass of the new bulbs when installing, and have the best inexpensive low beam upgrades!!

You don't really _have_ to replace the connector, just buy some Philips H9's (4 or 6) and trim the metal tabs on one pair (or don't) then put them in all 4 spots, high can take untrimmed, low would take the trimmed (though if you have good skillz you can get the H9's into the low beam spots without trimming) and low, and pop out the center green plastic H11 so that the bulb base snaps on.

Low beam colors are red and blue, high beam colors are white and yellow, all 4 grounds are white with a black stripe. Just in case you get confused after popping out center plastic. H11 (low) is green center plastic while H9 (high) is yellow center plastic.

Short term, for safety mid drive, if you can get it in without trimming the metal tab, swap high beam to low beam spot and stuff the H11 low beam bulb in the high beam spot, you'd have to remove both center plastic pieces to get that waterproof and your high beams won't be as good that way but I'd imagine you would prefer reliable low beams.

Good to carry spare bulbs and to change them once a year, there is a decent decline in performance (30%?) as the bulbs age to failure.

The stock H11 long lifes are terrible, definitely replace both of those with anything in the thread linked above. Note that as of a couple of days ago, there is a new top dog by 1% over the Philips H9 but nobody is sure if that's just margin of error so we're all still staying with Philips H9 as the best choice as it's so cheap and easy to find.
