I found it on Ebay about 2.5 years ago.

I believe it was also available in black.

I think GhostRomeo has the same guard.

I personally can't remember what brand, or who the dealer was.

Is there any chance you could get the exact numbers?
I'm looking into getting Eagle Series 187s and I want to make sure they'll fit before I order them and the tires. The 187s have like 4" backspacing and -11mm offset and the 185s have the same exact specs, so I would like to confirm it.
I'm getting a lift installed in the next month so it would be great to know.

    Thanks,

I don't know the exact numbers. But if I had to guess, then I would say 16x8 with a 4.5" backspacing and 0 offset.

I pretty sure the model number for the wheels, doesn't mean it has a designated offset. The model is just the style of wheel, and then you specify what offset you want.

    Like this.

    http://www.aewheel.com/wheels_detail_specs.cfm?id=104

Actually, you could be correct Duke. Now that I look at that page, I don't see a 4.5" backspacing with a 0 offset for a 6 on 5.5 lug.

So the only one I see for 6 on 5.5 lug, is the 4" backspacing with -11 offset.

Hey man sweet ride. I have been a Chevy man my whole life until now. Just bought my first Tacoma last week and want to lift it. I really like your set up but do you have any rubbing with the 285 and the 3" lift? If not my mind is made up. Thanks

I trimmed the corners a little bit, to where they can still look stock.

But I do get a little rubbing. It's very situational. If I turn into a driveway, and don't have the wheels turned a certain direction, or if I brake hard, and have the steering wheel turn to a certain point, then the tires can touch the corner of the fender. It's not major at all, and you will be able to teach yourself little tricks on how to avoid it.

If you take off the mudflaps, and have any skill at all with a dremel. Then you should do fine by getting some 33s

I love that you have an indy ink truck like mine, and that i can see how my truck will look with mods done, not many out it seems and I love that they cancled the color, makes it better that its rare, I just wish shit wasn't so expensive to do here in canada, one question, how much of a lift did you do and how much was it, cause that looks frig'n awesome

Just go back to page 1 or 2 and check out the part about my lift. The lift isn't that expensive. Somewhere around 3 to 4 hundred. It's the tires and wheel that get pricey.

ok one big question I was thinking it'd be about three grand to lift it, what you did was awesome, so to get my truck lifted, with install how much alltogether. And well was planning on getting some 22 inch rims, with new tires, but for winter throwing on the old tires... would the truck look stupid in the winters with old tires on it while its lifted.

I think I may have to make a trip over the boarder to help your economy and get all that shit done in one trip. Ok thats alot of questions, but had to be asked cause

    Here is the information.

I'm starting to have multiple people ask me about it.

It's a skyjacker lift. Here is the link to it. http://www.skyjacker.com/products/products_search/detail/?id=153792

    Lift: $300-400
    Tires: Toyo M/T 285/75/R16 - $1100
    Wheels: Eagle Alloy Series 185 16x8 - $175/each

And I'm not sure about the wheels and tires. I haven't seen many if not any tacomas with 22s.

I live in Florida, so I don't really have a winter here.

Looks great! Did you have to trim to get those tires underneath? If so can you post a pic or 2 to show how much.
