Link to proper alignment with 2 inch lift?????

Yeap! Aftermarket UCAs (camburgs, icons, etc) will get you more caster. Light Racing UCAs will give you the ability to adjust your caster AND camber.

 

Got my alignment today and here's how it went.

Camber 1.0,1.1
Toe 0.0,0.0
Caster 2.25,2.30

 

I know it's too late this time but why pay per alignment? You can get 1 yr ones for about 110 and 3 yr ones for around 150. I know to save money but alignments will not stay put, especially if offroading much. I have found the toe gets adjusted every time I have had an alignment done and mine is prerunner and sees little to no crazy offroad. I have them do mine at least twice a yr even if no mods were done to disturb it. Yes, on 0,0,2.5 or so. Should drive nice.......and the LR UCAs are worth the money.

 

I'd love to be able to purchase something like that. We have nowhere in about 1.5 hour radious that does life time or 3 year alignments. I went to Orlando florida this past week and saw a pep boys for the first time ! Just don't many options to pick from.

 

I just googled it and I have one about a hour and ten min. Away! That's almost worth the drive

 

Finished my OME 2884/Nitro front lift yesterday...

Alignment numbers below:




Truck is pulling to the left will be going back.

Will ask for recommended numbers.

0* camber
0* toe
2.4 to 3.1 caster

It's pulling to the left because you have a positive camber on the left.

 

Shop just called...they are saying it's all due to uneven tire wear.
I asked them to rotate the tires, and see if issues are corrected.

They also told me Alignment specs are the best they can get.
Sounds like I need to find another shop.

Don't believe I have to live with the truck pulling to the left, all because a 2" OME lift

 

If original cam bolts can't provide desired alignment, would the Moog Cam Bolts take care of this?

Seems like these Cam Bolts are more of a factory replacement, then a solution

It still pulls slightly to the left

Shop says it's due to the tires, not the alignment.

06 Tacoma is a new purchase, and due for some tires...so new tires are on the horizon.

Shop didn't rotate the existing tires...will give that a try, see if it makes a difference.

 

I know how you feel. Mine pulls hard to the right. But I don't want to come off the money for another alignment.
