Looks good. I had the same problem. Used a paper clip to pull the plate forwards I could catch a thread and get them started.

What is the bolt size for the accessory nuts that are welded on?

yeah, if you stick a screwdriver or something (I used a key) in the water drain hole on the bottom of the track you can push the bracket toward the bolt to catch it.

    bolt size is 3/8"-16x1"

we used paper to hold the bar all the way forward in the channel but the hardware being only 3/4" was useless.

I wanted to give everyone at all pro the customer service of the year award! At least from me due to my past and current dealings with em. Fed Ex totally twisted and mangled the first pre-welded aluminum rack I ordered. Within a week they had another one welded up and shipped out and were always available for updates. Hard to find places that truly care about the customer experience anymore. Hats off to Tracy and the guys. You've definitely earned my future business! I'll get pics up once I get some things added to it and get it powder coated.

There is a first gen Tundra option, check out the site or give us a call! No group buy on the Pack Rack coming soon. We are running a 10% off sale today as well as another sale around Thanksgiving.
