Tom Wood single-piece driveshaft should take care of the problem.

3" lift installed...vibrations remain the same with a new "periodic" front diff vibe.

Oh well, I'll do the bushing and just accept the low speed vibes.

Yup. Toyota's customer service line, "Fuck you, you already paid us. Now go pound sand."

I was so polite with them. In addition to Toyota sending me ONE WAY emails, I asked if we could conference call the dealership, the rep told me his phone does not do that. I advised mine does, he absolutely refused. I asked to speak to someone that may have authority to do that, he stated "Umm, your case does not validate an escalation." That was code for...

Same -wheels and tires. The truck drove so much better and felt more plush with stage 3 and stock wheels and tires.

How much weight do you have in the bed? The only time I've had vibes is from crappy tires. Balanced and rebalanced still had vibes. When I replaced them the vibe went away but I also always seem to have something in the bed. :notsure:

By the way, a buddy of mine used to work for Toyota (until about a year ago) in the service department. He told me that its standard operating procedure for Toyota NOT to fix vehicles and deny claims. He said the reason is so that they can keep their repairs down and maintain their reputation and rating for reliability.

You can either live with it, or get rid if the truck. Once the "characteristic" bomb has been dropped, you are SOL. Try going through arbitration, they'll find in favor of toyota.. it's a characteristic thing. You won't find an attorney in TN to take your case, trust me I've been down this road and after a year of f'ing around, we finally got rid of that POS.
