You are already installing quality lift parts. No reason imo to take a chance. There are quality uca's out there for reasonable $.
Redneck's question is important to know and maybe throw in model/year.

You went with a quality lift, why not buy a set of quality UCAs as well?

Edit: Chris beat me to it haha

The lift is 1200. Throwing in UCA's puts me at close to 2000. Not exactly just an extra shiny penny. 2003, 255/85/16

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Buy cheap and you will only buy expensive later. Just do it right the first time. If you can't afford it, save your money until you can.

Those UCA's are shit and probably no better than stock.

A couple guys run those on the 4Runner forum. The bushings are apparently awful, uniballs are also awful, and it comes with grade 5 hardware.

Thank you. This is what I was looking for. Experience, not opinion. I figured the uniballs might be an issue being so cheap. Thanks again.

There has been a few threads asking about these, and to my knowledge no one here has given them a try. Meaning you are left with meaningless responses like these:

To me, it doesn't seem appropriate to bash a product solely on price, but maybe they're just trying to justify their $700 UCAs. Maybe they're complete shit, maybe they're halfway decent, I don't know, nor do the people bashing them.

In fact, this is the first time I've seen a real opinon on the matter, and would like to see exactly what the 4runner guys go on to say. Makes me wonder if one could buy them, toss the hardware, throw in a FK uniball, and be good to go.

I was more worried about the castor angle being out and making it ride like shit. Hoping there is enough adjustment to get the right castor.

My alignment was terrible with a 2" OME 881 lift. Couldnt get more than 0.4 caster if I wanted 0 toe/camber. Rode like hell on the freeway. I bought the SPC UCA on ebay for 370 shipped with the best offer option. They work great and seem to be good quality without the issues of uniballs.

I was thinking about buying those ebay arms but when you ask the vender questions, they give answers that make no sense as if English is their second language. They are shipping from a warehouse in California and are made in China and I'm pretty sure they are the direct importers. I saw some reviews on Titan/4runner/Dodge forums and the reviews are 50/50 with many saying they suck after driving with them a while. If your on a budget like I was, I would seriously consider spending an extra 120-150 bucks and buy the kit that you know will fit right and has been tested.

How is that a borderline dick post? Opinion without experience means nothing.

how is it a dick post asking if someone bashing a product if they have experience with said product?

I have no experience with those arms, but they look just as good as the LR arms and alot of people run the LR arms even though there's been documented failures and reports of crap bushings with them. I don't know what quality uni-balls go for but it might be worth buying the ebay arms and throwing a good set of uni-balls in if its still cheaper than the expensive brand. Not everyone has an endless supply of funds to just toss around. Cheap don't always mean junk.
