I have a set ready for final test fitting before we do the full production run.

I had a volunteer with a 2012 truck that was going to let us use his truck for final test fitting, but have lost touch with him.

We had shipped the headers out to a shop in Orange County CA to get this done and they are sitting there waiting.

So, who out there wants to help us out with a final test fitting?? If they fit you will get them at half price and get to drive away with them. If they need to be tweaked, well we will have to send you a half price set later.

Need to get this done before I get them shipped back and we do it here instead.

    Any volunteers?

I saw a post of your dyno numbers with the x-runner. Please let me know when you are ready to take orders for the 2012 sets!

    Thanks,

Haven't posted anything yet, just bought a 2015 TRD Sport 4x4 V6 double cab, however, I do live in Orange County California, and am very interested in true dual exhaust. I can pony up the money in August for sure, but half off of those headers is a done deal next month if they're still available. I'm assuming of course I'll need two catalytic converters and the set of twin pipes.

You better check into CA inspection laws buddy, technically you can't change a damn thing on our trucks between the engine block and the muffler...even if a stock cat goes bad the only legal replacement in CA is to buy another stock header for $1100. At a minimum you have to keep all your stock stuff to put back on every year for inspection.

Thanks in the heads up. And just remembered reading about that in a thread here. That was the plan, to switch out at smog certificate time, which is every two years here. Then switch back. I wasn't planning on dirtying up the air none, that's why I referenced the two cats. I've been playing that game for years here, previously with my a Dodge Ram 1500.

I just can't see getting any real performance with a Y pipe. Albeit it may look cool, it would be a waste of an investment for me personally.

I would like to try your headers but my V-6 is a 2011. Will it work? Email me at skipmiller1965@yahoo.com. I am also shopping superchargers.

Yes, we have headers for the 2005-2011 V6. We also carry Thorley and JBA.

Wow I have the URD y pipe and stock exhaust and feel like I lost 20hp on the low end.
