    Hey folks,
I need to do a gear swap on my 2014. It's 4x4, automatic with e-locker. The shops and vendors that I've contacted don't have any idea if they have gear sets for my truck, they say there was a diff change in 2013. So my question is, has anyone done a R&P swap on a 2013-2015 4x4 auto with the e-locker? Did you run into the same issue? What did you do?

    Thanks for looking

the elocker diff has been the same for a LONG time.

Call east coast gear supply, they will know exactly what you need.

I was told something similar from a local builder/fabricator. I was able to confirm that at least the carrier is the same. As in an ARB RD129 will work on all Tacoma and Tundra 8.4 axles. Not sure why the gears wouldn't work.

I 2nd the suggestion of calling ECGS. I confirmed w/ Toytec when I was inquiring. They made a call to the local ARB dist. and confirmed it will indeed fit a 2014.
