I don't think I'll do a shackle flip but I do have the D29XL awaiting install. Is the ride very harsh with the AAL in the Dakar pack?

I didnt feel much difference but it stood up about an inch or so and the carrying cappacity has increased sugnificantly. I did it befcuase at the time i had the rear bumper, the bed rack, basket, gear, etc etc. I needed for those springs to be stout. I drive like a grandpa though. Just take it nice and slow.....

I drive really slow too, reason I still get 19mpg with my 265's haha I've read some people say it makes the ride very stiff but I should be good by the sound of it

    enough to go over stuff
My leaf pack is super soft with the dakars and extra leaf but maybe my rear end is just to heavy.

Hahaha nice Spencer. Yeah when I get my bumper ill be weighted down but not as much as you Nick. Are you going 35's next?

Finished the install, when I finally found my dads PB blaster things went real quick. Until I get my superbumps welded on I slipped part of the OEM bump stop under the nuts and held the other side on with a rubber band. It works for now but won't be permanent

hahaha awesome, but I'd add a few zipties if I were you.

Edit: didn't see it's under a few of the nuts... well that should hold it fine. Still, zipties ftw

I will be getting a full size spare in a few weeks but that's not it :spy:

Shock relocation allows me to run 12" travel shocks for a lot more droop. Pelfreybilt has one for $600 but I went with the $165 BAMF one that is just as good (they tell me better)
