    SOLD!

    Ironman rear 7- leaf springs.

    Stats:

    • Roughly 20K miles. This truck is not my DD, so they have been on the truck for a little less than 2 years (20 months).
    • Some surface rust where the paint was chipped off, but nothing serious. I was going to hit the springs with a coat of paint, but thought I'd go full disclosure and leave it as-is.
    • Comes with powder-coated Ironman U-bolts with all washers and nuts. That is dirt on the threads in the pics- not rust.
    • Also comes with Ironman urethane bushings in great condition.
    • All plastic spring clip liners are intact and in great condition.
    • Here's a quote from the Metaltech website: Coil and Leaf Springs: Part number suffix B.
"Ride will be firmer than original by around 20% and suits light to medium loads. This spring is recommended when the given load may be occasional or temporary. Excellent for vehicles which have some accessories fitted."
The ride quality is much better than stock. I had the TSB springs with stock OR Bilsteins. They took the "bounce" out of the rear end and totally smoothed out the ride. I ran them with the stock shocks for about 2K miles and it worked fine. Switched to 5100's which seemed like a good combo for the price. With the weight of the Flippac and plate bumper, I was only about 1" above stock height. You should get about 2" without all of that and still have the added weight capacity.

    Part Numbers (and new prices):
    • TOY066BND - Drive Side Leaf Spring x 1 ($199 new)
    • TOY066BDS - Passenger Side Leaf Spring x 1 ($199 new)
    • 437UBK - U-bolt Kit x 2 ($42 new)
    • 1191UK - Rear Leaf Spring Bushing Kit x 1 ($52 new)
    Reason for selling:
Needed heavier springs for my Flippac camper setup and future swing-out carrier. These springs increase the load capacity, but not enough for my needs.

Located in Benicia, CA. Local pickup only or willing to drive 1 hour for delivery/ meetup.

Checked my alignment paperwork and found out the springs were on the truck for 20k miles. Price drop for extra miles. $275.

Seriously. Why can't some of you people selling rear suspension be on the EAST coast? You wouldn't even have to list it. Just PM me and I'd come get them.

Sorry guys, wish shipping was cheaper on these puppies.

Haslefre, thank you. Your review/ build thread definitely influenced my decision to buy these springs. They are great but my build went in a different direction. I suggest than anyone interested in the springs read your thread.

Price drop: $250. Come on! TSB springs go for this much and they suck compared to these!

Man this sounds like exactly the kind of setup I want! But I'm located in Socal. You're not by chance heading south at all in the next few weeks are you? I'm willing to drive north but not THAT far :/
I know you said no shipping but I've sent parts within CA on Amtrak before and its pretty cheap/easy, would you might consider just sending it down on a train? (Edit: I'm in San Diego)
