lift kit question

    i installed the rcd 4.5 " lift on my truck and love it but have decided i think i want to go a little higher..

    what would my options be other then buying an whole new kit..

    maybe add some 2" spacers to the front.. and something to the rear.. i already have a lift block back there..

    has anyone else run across this??
