I've been looking at backup cameras for my '05 since it didn't come with one and my swingout makes it almost impossible to see out of the back of my truck. That's got me thinking it would be nice to have a forward facing cam either low in my front bumper or one over each wheel to give a better idea of whats going on when I'm on hillclimbs or crawling over rocks. The Second Gen hood is a bitch to see over even for tall people like me. Has anyone tried this? I'm not an audio visual expert by any stretch but there seems to be a lot of parts on Amazon that might make this work. Is there anyone more knowledgeable that might be able to help me figure out how to make this happen?

Damn that about 5 times as much as I wanted to spend and about a lot more cameras than I need. It's good to know someone else had the same idea though
