I put a set of EBC rotors and break pads on my tacoma like a year ago. I was very please with my upgrade and have no complaints about them. I was wondering if anyone else on here change out their stock ones for more efficient ones also.

before the EBC setup I was running hawk pads and brembo rotors..................
immediately after I added a lil over 100hp to the tires, I realized the brakes were not up to par

    Yes sir
I've got EBC brakes and am pleased with them, I forget which rotors I went with. The ones that were on my truck when I bought it were warped or something and when I braked the wheel would shake all over the place. New rotors completely removed that.

No sense in running cross drilled on these trucks in my opinion. Unless you're racing and really need the added cooling to reduce fade it's pointless. Blanks do the job just fine, and if you want the look go for slotted. I've heard slotted/cross drilled may eat your pads faster, but in the grand scheme of things I doubt it matters. The bigger difference in cooling would be felt going to an angled vein rotor.

It looks like everyone is pleased with EBC. Thats good to know considering that I need new rotors and was thinking about going with a different brand
