Well I'll be bringing my truck back to the collision shop on Monday. They did some shitty work. Led's were just set in the fog light spot and not bolted down, my gas gauge dosent work any more, they spilled paint on my rear drivers side rim...... And blamed it on me. That's just a few things on the list. I'm beyond fed up with this place.

No shit man......I'm a nice guy until you piss me off. I've already hashed it out with the owner last week about not getting my truck on time.

    I'm a nice guy 'til...wait...no I'm an ass.
Had issues with a collision center at the Yota stealership on memorial & the creek tpk. I'm a firm believer that if they can't do it right the first time, they ain't gonna do it right the second time

Fuck that dealership. I'm an ass the first time so they know I'm serious and that there won't be a second time if you fuck up these guys don't care. If you aren't buying, they don't care.

Do yall think that using a degreaser on my coilovers will hurt them in any way? After sitting for 2 months they're disgusting and I need to get them clean.

It shouldn't. But. Would it strip the oil off of the shaft?

I was also told by their shop "foreman" that my front axle needed to be moved forward 4", & that my 255/85r16s are skinnier than 245/75r16s. Parts department & cookies are the only reason I go there

Yeah dude. Free cookies for "customers". I've stopped by on my way to our farm to fill my pockets.

I've only gone to the one at Sheridan and the BA - mostly because it was close to work and also bc a coworker had some bad experiences at the other one - and good experiences at the one by the BA. My only experience has been buying spark plugs and recently taking the taco in for some 10 year old recalls not done by the previous owners - including the LBJ's !!' - not sure if any of you follow Monte Nickles (Blackdog) build thread but he had both of his LBJ's go out last summer with in a month of each other - both on the trail. So I was pleased that Toyota had issued a recall for the 01-04 's LBJ's so I could get them replaced on Toyota's dime.

Was a good experience for me - brought the taco in , they looked up the recalls, ordered in the parts, called me and setup the appt once the parts were in. Dropped it off on the way to work, was shuttled to work, was done before lunch - picked it up, no problems.

That's who I plan on using for any work from now on. Parts department doesn't have as much inventory, & prices are a bit higher, but their service cats seem more competent & friendly
