    I'm not a pro, just trying to get better at cooking. They turned out alright, a little drier than expected. Plan was to only sear them for a couple minutes, but then I couldn't find the cilantro

    I'm gonna guess airbag key wiring. First, cause it's yellow. Two, because on single cabs (iirc) there is a key slot that lets you turn the passenger airbag off in case you have a child seat, since there's no back seat. Toyota uses the same wiring harness for most vehicles, which would explain why it's there, but your trucks ecu runs off the seat pressure sensor instead.
