How low below sticker price do you guys think is reasonable for both parties? I don't need a great deal, just a decent one.

Seems like they're going for 33k with out ttl. OTD for 35-36k seems about right... Am I missing something?

I'm sure it depends where you live. In WA you can find the truck you are looking for with a sticker price of 32K. Search the web, have them email you a quote, take it to that dealership and see if they will match.

Still too high. I just bought my '15 DCSB TRD OR 4x4 with towing and Entune premium/nav two weeks ago here in AZ and I paid just over $33k including tax title and license.

As suggested TruCar will give you a good starting point of what people are paying. Do you belong to any organizations that have a buying service such as AAA AARP Costco??? Costco gave me a price $500 below invoice. Best way to measure a good deal is the price of the truck below MSRP without a trade. OTD varies from state to state due to different sales tax rates and license and registration costs.

Yeah I punched my car into Costco's program and they didn't have any dealers for the model of Tacoma I wanted...

I checked local inventory and one example is exactly what you're looking for in MGM for $31,860 sticker price. Sounds like they're a lot more where you live.

I just bought the same exact truck you're looking at, equipment wise. 2015 TRD Sport with Entune Premium, tow, and floor mats/sill protectors. I just looked at the window sticker, which was $34,235. Dealer D+H is $499. My OTD price was $32,492, not including trade, but including TTL. Tax where I'm at is 8.5%. You can try USAA's service as well, and see if that finds anything.
