I bought the two Hinges from toyota, door has some slop in it compared to the passenger side. Just wondering how i should go about this, should i dissect the bushings and pins and put them in the hinge that is still deecent, or replace the whole hinge and re-allign the door?

Any write ups on this? couldn't find any by help of google.

Replace the hinges would be a heck of alot simpler.

I know this post is a year old. What did you end up doing Cheese preetza? I have the same issue with the upper hinge on my drivers door.

I ended up just leaving them, it doesn't bother me enough to worry about it anymore. It also seems like more of a pain in the rear than what its worth.

Get a quote from a body shop to swap them, it might not be too bad, and they do this kind of thing a bunch, the'll probably have a door dolly.

Might only be an hour of labor, maybe two.
