I recently replaced the rear 2 and ordered 2 for the front also from Amazon (all Denso) and the front were different then the back according to Denso. When I went to install them they did not fit the harness. If they are the same, then fine. If the front 2 are different, does anyone know the Denso part # for the front 2? Thanks.

check the part number for the vehicle on an official toyota parts list
    (sparks toyota is one)

the fronts (anything upstream of the cats) are air fuel sensors.

the rears (anything downstream of the cats) are o2 sensors.

they are same in how they function (compare exhaust to outside air) but different in how they send the signals to ecu

fronts regulate air fuel mixture and are called wideband sensors, they send a more exact value to the ecu

rears are narrow band sensors and they basically send a high or low to the ecu and measure how the cats are performing

And the a/f ratio sensors cost a lot more as well. I've replaced both on my 2005. Later I found out there was a tsb.

The rear left and right have different part numbers, I believe because the length of wire.

The rear 02's are the same part #. Rock auto only list the rear, I need the front AF sensors.

Sparks list them, but no part #. Went to another OEM toy parts place online and though they are $5 less per part, they also don't list the actual Denso part number. The thought is they could be bought cheaper on Amazon, but without the part number I can't find them. Dang.

The keywords you need to look for are Upstream for the "front" and Downstream for the "rear". Rockauto has all 4, Denso is OEM supplier.

The fronts are different Toyota P/N's
    89467B SENSOR, AIR FUEL RATIO
    Driver Front - 89467-04040
    Passenger front - 89467-04050

The rear are the same way. I guess aftermarket got smart and lengthened them to fit both sides.
    Driver rear - 89465-04340
    Passenger rear - 89465-04350

Yes I did look at Sparks. Their search engine doesn't actually give you part #'s that cross over to Denso part#'s. Went to Metro Toyota parts and even though their search is very similar it came up with more detail and once cross referenced with Sparks they were cheaper.

After getting on Densos site and ordering what they showed as the AF sensors and Amazon confirming it and then getting them and having them not fit with the OEM harness I'm a little gun shy.

Thx to all for the help!
