    This is because Verizon was on 1xEVDO CDMA and AT&T was on HSPA CDMA (those are '3G' technologies), the former not being compatible at carrying voice streams. No phone could have supported voice+data on Verizon previous to the upgrade to LTE ('4G'). The Thunderbolt was the first LTE phone on Verizon.

    So can you actually use the whole screen with one hand? The thing is too massive for me, had to go with the 6. I don't want to be constantly shifting a phone around in my hand to use it.
