Some of those have to be fake. That's like starvation legs going on there....

Could you guys recommend some good PWO? I can barely get that muscletech shit down if it was a smaller serving it would be manageable but it's a massive serving size. When I do get it down quick I still don't feel anything...

Ya I don't understand that at all either. But some people have different focuses on self control. Maybe it's an age thing or job thing but a lot of my co workers eat pretty healthy and workout and take care of themselves. You are kind of the odd one out if you DONT work out or do sports or eat somewhat ok. I love bringing home Made chicken salads, chicken and rice, deli sandwiches, home made burgers or pizza...at least I know how much I eat and what's in it. Then of course water or a flavor packet or Gatorade maybe if I'm drinking anything. But usually water. I just always cook double every night and am set the next day.

Haha we've done that a few times, but even with all the fish, I need more calories. I usually take a few biscuits and a Subway footlong whenever we go fishing...and a 30 pack of Natty :anonymous:

    doin it today

those are some wild bench #'s! Nice!

Now, we're on the same page! I love some Fireball haha

^^^TSN Pump Inginter is the shit! I also love MusclePharm Assault. If you have a REALLY high tolerance, try Finaflex Stimul8....that shit's like 2 notches down from meth.

Last night was the first Cinco de Mayo that I haven't gotten completely shit-faced in probably 10 years lol. We did go eat Mexican and I had 3 grilled chicken burritos, 3 shots of Patron, and 1 Michelob Ultra. I was very proud of myself lol

Today is the fiancee's birthday, so we're gonna be partying pretty hard on the lake this Saturday. I'm just gonna eat a big-ass breakfast and run on nothing but alcohol and protein for the rest of the day lol. My drinks of choice are about as low-calorie as it gets, but I know it's still bad for you on a cut :anonymous:

Also, a friend who lives in Mexico Beach delivered me a gallon of oysters yesterday, so I'm going to be munching on those all weekend, too

Holy butt sweat. Dude was 5'2 ish. Looked like he only work arms. Actually, i have never seen him doing anything other than bis and tris. He leaned over to do some curls on an incline bench and it looked like he sat in a puddle. This was through sweats too. I

Hit the treadmill for 2.5 tonight..sweating my balls off.

Cannot wait for my doctor appointment tomorrow. Been with this one 7 yrs and since day one he's berated me about my weight and soda/junk food intake.

My bad cholesterol was 350 (should be 100 or less) and on meds it was 250, mainly b/c I never addressed the causes. He's wanted me on blood pressure meds but I never went and got them. My blood sugar was borderline for years.

I last saw him in 2012..2013 had a covering doctor. Last summer I had to cancel due to stuff with my mother, then he cancelled in January due to snow.

Only thing he might know is the results of my blood work with the nurse in August. Down from 250 to 220 pounds, LDL was 62 on meds (which they told me to stop taking), sugar and pressure were well within normal even considering I still smoke. Since then I've dropped to 185-190 pounds..he is gonna shit when he sees me hahahaha
