20% off all orders through Monday, November 30th! Happy Thanksgiving to everybody!

I have decided to start a small business building off-road bumpers. I am a full time firefighter but as long as I have bumpers to build my days off will be dedicated to producing these bumpers as quickly as I can. If I can stay busy enough I will expand to rear bumpers, racks, sliders and more.

This is my pricing as of right now:

Base bumper pricing will start at $800

Standard features for every bumper are:
    Recovery shackle mounts,
    High lift points,
    10" x 4.5" winch mounting holes,
    Hawse fairlead cutout

    Additional options include:
    Grille hoop + $85
Grille hoop with supports + $110
Grille hoop with headlight guards + $150
    Fog light cutouts + $60
Dual fog light cutouts + $110
Receiver hitch tube in place of fairlead cutout $100

The bumpers weigh 120 pounds before hoops are added.

Every bumper will come unpainted or I can have them sprayed with Ultimate Liner bedliner for an additional $125.

I must have half the payment upfront to cover materials.

My primary shipper will be Fastenal and I will also be using FedEx when Fastenal is unable to ship.

I am located in Ruidoso, New Mexico.

If you are intersested you can email me at ziamountainfab@gmail.com or respond to this thread.

    Thanks for looking.

Thank you. I tried to make them as clean and simple as I could while maintaining as much clearance as possible.

    1. Are they shipping out coated or raw?
    2. Will the factory fogs mount to your cutout locations?
    3. have you made one without a hoop at all?
    4. How much further does the bumper stick out - forward - than the OEM bumper?
    5. Estimate shipping to 68122?

    1. I will ship them raw. A friend of mine just started spraying Monstaliner bed liner so I may start offering that as an option.
    2. Factory fogs will not fit. They are made for dually style square lights.
    3. Here are both options without hoops.
    IMAG0466.jpg IMAG0511.jpg
    4. I'm not sure of how much further out the bumper is. I would only estimate a couple inches if any.
    IMAG0463.jpg
    5. I will get you a shipping quote Monday morning.

Thanks! Do you think you could make one that doesn't stick out forward? Not sure how much that'd change everything but my truck only clears my garage front to back by a "couple of inches" :(

When I get a chance this afternoon I'll check to see how much further it sticks out and get back to you. Changing the dimensions on the bumper would be a lot of work and it would not leave room for a winch.

I just measured how much further the bumper sticks out. It adds approximately 3" to the length.IMAG0551.jpg IMAG0550.jpg

I'm not positive yet. I haven't had a chance to weight them. I'm guessing around 120.

Cool thanks for the info, any chance they will be made in aluminum? I know the $$ would obviously be more?

    Updated op.

I can have bumpers sprayed with Ultimate Linings Bedliner for $100.

I can also ship FedEx freight where Fastenal is unable to ship from my location. (ie. California, Nebraska)

I'm gonna wrap up a couple bumpers pretty soon for some locals. Anybody else interested in some bumpers?

No hybrids yet. I'm planning on a hybrid style down the road when I get a nicer tube bender.
