I just used tear-aid on my tent. Awesome stuff. They have a fabric type and a PVC type. Both work great.

I just picked up a CVT My Cayley Sky yesterday and started trying to decide how to mount it so I should have some pics to contribute here soon! My plan is to weld up a bed rack for the truck and also make the bed rack adapt to my small trailer.

Oh yeah I forgot they made the Bailey. Id like to shave some weight from my roof but I don't want to lose the room in my tent.

Alright guys my tent is mounted up, everything on the cage is locked down with cables or padlocks, I'm wondering if anyone locks their tent to the bed cage? If so, how and post up pics too please! I'm sure this has been answered so I apologize if this is a repeat.

Word, thanks.. So on my tepui I would have to put the nut in the track and thread the bolt up into it. Might take a few try's to find the right size that doesn't bottom out on the track before its tight.

Jimmy this is what I did. I need to replace the clamps because I didn't paint them lol but the nut is in track and I screwed the eye bolt into it. No issues as of yet. Been almost a year. Sorry for the bad pic.

Got out and used our new tent last night. The extra space is great and the size is perfect for the tacoma. It rained all night and even dumped a little snow. We stayed warm and dry all night.

Thanks to Paul at Equipt Expedition Outfitters for hooking us up with the Eezi Awn.

Right on! That's a sweet setup Zach. Paul is a good dude. Did you buy new or used from him?

I use two bed bars from relentless. 200 bucks for a pair, including high lift mount and Quickfists. The tent is almost perfectly level with the cab. 1bdf3668d708cec7d27e02dd6b8607ec_151ed8deec8fa1e253e72ccce9d91bb8a8996c3b.jpg

I was seriously considering the pack rack (cutting it down) before I had one semi-locally made. I went with a 10" and it's maybe a touch higher (at the ladder ridge) than the Prinsu x-bars with the Tepui Kukenam.

    I'm guessing the tall bars.

I have the relentless tall bars and used them for the first time last weekend. No stability issues at all sleeping or wheeling pretty good. VERY happy with the product for the price you pay. Good option for those looking to save but still wanna run a RTT.

The floor of the RTT sits right around 65" to 65.5" above the ground at 10" rise bed rack.

Here is the clearance between the bed floor (with OEM bed mat) and the bottom of the rack tube.

They are the tall version. No stability problems at all. It's rock solid. He also sells them in a set of 3, if stability is a worry at all. Yes, very light too. No more than 30 lbs it seems
