    Knowing what goes in to planning a big event like this, dealers usually plan their stock for something like this well out, probably well before some of the pending orders, so technically, THAT order of 50 was probably put in first. and they have already set a drop dead date, (ie up to May 15th, all orders will be filled before Rock Therapy, May 16 and on after) $.02


    looks to me like as of May 5 he was pretty good filling the current orders. you can't really expect to order something a couple days/week before their trip and have it filled before... again... $.02

    I can understand and agree with that, however on April 24th I got the email telling me:

    "Yep, that's right your time has finally come, thanks for waiting and being so patient with us." and

    "After I get that I will send you an invoice via PayPal to your email address when I have your kit in a package an awaiting only a shipping label." .

    Sent the requested confirmation PM ("conversation" now) but never received the invoice.

    That set of PMs/conversations happened right across the TW upgrade and I saw some tech-hiccups on messages/responses that spanned the transition. A PM may have fallen through a crack. Have you tried new PM to Brad?

    Hey guys Im dreadfully sorry im so behind on replying and getting back to you. Im tearing apart trying to keep up with this. I just had to drop one of my three classes im taking because, well, I didn't manage my time well enough and gave Anti-Dark a little too much of it. I love doing this but fa-ck I am having difficulty keeping up!!
    I have about 9-12 kits stocked left, if you received a PM (which there are about 10 of you) but never got an invoice, you will be one of those 9-12 and your kit will ship before I leave to Rock Therapy next tuesday. I leave for a music festival (agh the timing...) thursday at 0600, and return monday before I leave.

    Yes we are bringing kits out to Rock Therapy with us, they are not the ones I mentioned above (they're not even made yet) and It doesn't take as long as you may think to make them, its just the entire process of getting them to you does. Shane can make the kits somewhat quickly, but to package them, do the invoice and bookkeeping, make parts bags, and ship out, takes forever on my end. So we don't have a bunch just laying around.

    Anyway i've gotta write a paper right now or else I have to drop another class tomorrow. I just wanted to update you guys with whats going on. Please be patient Im doing my best. Thank you all so much...
