I'm gonna be careful at big bear too cause I was up there once and someone rode the chair lift up during lunch and jacked a bike from one of the bike racks and rode off on it. As far as I know they weren't caught which is really shitty. Needless to say once the guy came back to an empty bike rack everyone was pissed!! They guy must have blended in cause it was crowded as hell and nobody even looked twice at him

Ya, normally I didn't think much of it because it is always hidden in front of my car or truck, But I'm having some work done on the truck so been driving the car so it was easily visible past couple days & just pushed my luck a little to far...

dude, the first time i walked away from my bike up there i was scared shitless of this happening. Never heard any bad stories and i saw hundreds of thousands of dollars in bikes sitting up there at lunch, figured no big deal....... never thought about how easy it would be for someone in full riding gear to blend in and nonchalantly walk away with a $5k bike........ fuck. def not doing that anymore.

Shoot I wish! I have no sliders or skids. And open diffs. I'll be more dead weight than anything. Plus my neighbors going camping localy with some co-workers (chicks). I think I'll do that instead
