Yeah I got 265/75/16 Cooper STT on mine and they rub on the mud flaps. Could you tell the height difference after you lifted it 1.75. I checked mine and it was 20 in the front and 22 in the back.

I had Tires/wheels put on first...even after removing both front mud flaps it would rub when turned and hitting a slight bump...like turning into my driveway everyday. Yes, the naked eye can see the difference of 1.75"...and many Tacoma owners have asked me what lift kit I have. The biggest difference is in the ride quality..so much better both on and off-road. Not as spongey on-road...and still firm off-road. I couldn't be happier with my setup.
If you are like me and like to do things the right way..you have 2 options.
1.75" lift in the front for about $600 total (parts labor align) Or
    2.5"-3" lift kit,new coils/shocks, add a leaf, new UCAs, install $2,000

Yeah thats pretty much what I did to and they rub every time I pull in my driveway. I think Im going to go with the 5100 all the way around and say myself 1400 bucks. Thanks for the help and saving me some money.

You may want to start looking for a shop to install. When I called my local 4-Wheel parts, they had a 3-week wait for their next appointment. But they did a great job, everything tightened to spec and all the alignment numbers were in the green range.
The rears are extremely simple to install and I did them myself...since the front has the coils and will need an alignment afterward...I suggest you take it to your local off-road show or a mechanic that is familiar with 5100s. You be surprised how many professional mechanics don't understand the set ring or installed the "hat" upside down.
You will laugh at your factory Bilsteins when you put the 5100 next to them!

What is TSB in the rear and .85 is that the first notch. I only got 3 leafs on mine.

TSB stands for Technical Service Bulletin, it is essentially a "Recall Notice" for all car manufacturers . For some reason, the majority of people on TW seem to think TSB is something VERY SPECIFIC to Tacoma Leaf springs. There was a major recall for rusty (3 & 4) leaf springs for 05-11 Tacoma..and to this day people still love to regurgitate TSB Leaf. This doesn't even apply to your 2013
You probably have an Off Road, which typically have 3 leafs. Sports Typically have 4 leafs. But all of this is really irrelevant, because first of all you have a 2013, there is no recall on your leaf springs and second, your 5100 setting should all be based on center hub to fender measurements..I believe you already said your factory measurement are 20" & 22"...so if you want to have it level...you should go 1.75",
.85 would not be as level. And from my personal experience...1.75 removed all rub issues, I don't know if .85 would.
You really have to go by measurements and not by leaf count, you could have a 4 leaf and may have carried many heavy loads...and they are already starting to sag

I'm looking to do the same thing myself, did you guys go with the bilstein 5100 struts and stick with stock coils? Or the coilover type? I just want to make sure I'm doing it right and I'm not gonna screw myself lol

Just get the 5100 if you just want to level your truck out. If you lift it then you need the coils and a bunch of other shit and a lot more money.

Hey did you add that 1/4 inch spacer to the drivers side for the taco lean. Is that something I should get.

I did not. I think it is something you can get, but naked eye cant even notice the 1/4 difference.

Primo, what's the offset on the wheels you're running? That is dang nice setup my friend. I just ordered some 5100s and looking at tires/wheels options

If you just got to discounttire.com and enter your vehicle information, it will only show you the exact wheels that will fit your truck.

    Mine are 16x8.5 -6mm offset

I told you! The rears are very easy to install..these are not like the spring shocks of yester year, where you get one shot to get them in after you cut the compression cord on them. They easily & slowly compress with constant pressure and do not immediately spring back.
I will say I didn't not notice a huge difference with the rears....but once the fronts are in, the improvement is unmistakable.

I stopped at a place after work today to see what they would charge to install the front 80.00 a side . The guy told me to buy a new front strut bearing top plate just to make sure eveything is new a doesnt get tweaked when they take it apart. What do you think. Buy it or look somewhere else.
