Left for FL @ 186 and came back @ 192. I didn't eat that bad..the worst was Zaxby's on Fri and pizza Sunday night...what got me was da booze. I probably drank 20 beers a day for 3 days straight :anonymous: Couldn't go food shopping last night b/c of hangover, so my breakfast this morning is a banana Muscle Milk, a banana, and a S'mores Poptart. No more cheat meals/drinking til the wedding in Sept. Gotta get dem ab veins

My only gripe about Memorial Day weekend is having to quadruple my cardio today to cancel out the beahs from the beach weekend.

    10 min stair master - 50 floors
    10 min bike - 2.82 miles
    10 min elipt - 1.62 miles

Pull ups, t bar row, curls, curls, curls

    10 min swim - 8 laps(16 lengths of pool)

    I'm done.:bananadead:

Not sure how many of you are familiar with Hylete apparel, but their shorts are $70 a piece or 2/$99 which is a smoking deal, just a heads up. Coupon code is MA2B

I'd have to weight out but I'm guessing it all added about 40 pounds between the pants, boots and vest. Vest itself is close to 35. I did it top to bottom, not broken up.

@PLC721 left his workout program at the gym. Sorry dude, you say you go beast mode at the crossfit gym, this determined that was a lie.

I can't remember the actual brand-name of them, but they're the cheapest gym shorts offered at Academy; they're the exact same material as the Nike/Under Armor gym shorts, minus the logo and the outrageous price tag. The only thing I'm a brand snob about is my shoes...gotta be Nike's :D

EDIT: Here they are: BCG is the brand and here's the link. I have some of the same type shorts in Adidas, Under Armor, and Nike and these are the exact same thing. They all come with those stupid liners in them, but I cut those out
