2012 tacoma club cab, trd, 6speed manual, trd supercharged. Just added the pro grill, it remind me of the the old 80's grills i like so much, wish they did the gauges like the old grid-lock design! Nest is the ICON stage 5 kit. This tacoma has 20k miles on it. More pics to come with the suspension kit.

 

You need
-1 large Phillips (top of grill mount)
-1 large flathead (pop the tags that hold grill insert)
-1 strong fingernail (5 push/pull snaps,grill mount)
-12 torque screws removed (insert swap)

 

Sweet looking truck u have there. Did it already have the supercharger on it when u bought it or did u put it on? I'm jealous though, lol. I'd love to get one for my truck. how is the power with it? I can only imagine

 

i love the color of your fj! Wish they had it for the tacoma.

 

Where do you come up with the money to buy not one but 2 very nice vehicals? And why did you buy these and instead of a raptor or something like that.?

I am moving to kauai and the vehicles to have are yotas out there.
I bought the supercharger from toyota and after debating between 1 year warranty and 5 year warranty...i went with the dealer install, today i did the AFE intake and the URD short shifter, also installed the Borla exhaust kit, and added the baja rims
I was raised in santa cruz and spend a decent amout of time in norcal.
The FJ has the same parts coming(trd supercharger already installed) got baja rims for it aswell.
Why did i not get a raptor or something? 1st fords suck /) !#@, if i was going to spent that kind of money i would built a long travel small chassis monster. Ive built a unimog up...to slowww, had a heated up ZR2 chevy..it sucked, everything on it was weak including the motor. My vehicles might look pretty but free pinstripping from bushes exc..are coming soon.

 

Always go with Borla..ive hurd them all and by far borla has the deep roar, not real loud but just a great sound, for anyone who loves a 396 with 3 chamber Flowmasters...this is not far off. Not to mention if your near or on the beach...stainless steel is the way togo.

 

The power difference is huge with the supercharger and the intake along with the URD pully kit...not to mention the borla..the manual 6spd is the way togo. My wife was claiming the FJ...untill she jumped into the taco and grabbed a handful of gear now she is trying to drive my tacoma daily
I definitely recommend getting these parts.
AFE inspector 11 sucks balls though...they shorted me some nuts so i had to run to the shop for some 4mm nuts...yaya i can hear the jokes now.

 

Bought a 2012..so i can buy bolt on parts and make them how i want them.

 

Thanks for the clear picture of the Gun metal baja wheels on the mgm Tacoma, I think I'm going to do the same thing now
