I can try, but if a local buyer pops up I don't know if I can pass it up. You should post up in the for sale thread and find someone that wants buckets, then flat out swap them out. I'll bet you'll find someone within a day or two.

Thanks guys, the insurance adjuster is looking at it on Monday.
The craziest part about it all was the pound of glass that went down the back of my shirt when the pressure popped in the cab.

Took the check, installed a used slider window, crowbarred the bumper back to a somewhat straight position, and found a used tailgate that I rattle canned black. This will do until I have some time to build a new bumper.

Did your bed sides get crunched at all?

Yes, both sides got pushed forward a tad but a soft hand with a large hammer worked them back within specks. The passager side still shows a kink or two but I plan to address it when I take the bed off again to change my shock placement, planning on the BP-51's once I talk ARB into letting me be the guinea pig their first gen application.
I'm going to their factory in February so fingers crossed. :fingerscrossed:

How heavy is the bed and is it better to leave the tailgate on? I need to take mine off to clean some surface rust off the top of the frame rails, weld on some frame reinforcement plates and POR15 the whole thing.

I've taken mine off a few times with only one other person, not too heavy, just lift with your legs ;) six bolts and it's off, leave the tail gate on or off, I don't think it matters as it only weighs 40 or 50 lbs at most. Just have some sawhorses ready to place it on, or get ready to place it in the ground. I've also flipped it over to add HVAC glue to the under side to keep the rust/noise down, adds a bit of weight but worth it in my opinion. If you need some help, PM me and I'll come over and give you a hand.

Started to change out my clutch today, needed a part and realized that all the stores are closed due to the holiday, so instead I added twin sticks.
