That's awesome. I don't know much about the building of links.

    Is it complicated?

I guess it really depends on your experience and fab skills. I wouldn't say it's overly complicated, but it's not as easy as bolting on a new set of leaf springs.

Interesting. What software did you use to design them?

Going to take this opportunity to pull the valve covers tonight and replace those seals as they've been getting progressively worse. Not bad for a motor that has 185K and a head on collision on it's record though.

It's pinging a little bit. Ordered a wideband this morning so I can see what's going on in there and I'll probably order URD's 7th injector before the week is over, pending the wideband coming in on Wed. like it's supposed too.

I've heard good things about IK22 Denso's. Is that still the preferred choice?

You definitely need to drop 1 step cooler for just the supercharger to help avoid the pinging. 2 steps cooler for supercharger + URD. IK22's are what I would suggest with the URD.
IK20's for just the S/C. IK20's, premium fuel, and a 160-170* thermostat will solve most your pinging issues until you get the URD kit.

Ordered the URD stuff this morning. Do you suggest running the 170 thermostat with the 7th injector or leave it stock?

Developed a clunk after the last trip to the mountains. Figured out it was in the top assembly of my ancient Sway-A-ways. I've dealt with a few coilovers and these have required less maintenance than any of them. It seems the upper bushings have had enough.

I wish BFG would have stayed with this pattern, but the weld on beadlock experiment is about as bad as I expected. It's heavy and un-balancable at any speed.

    Installed the new mascot

and while I'm waiting on parts I figured a S/C isn't much good if you can't get through the gears so I started machining short throw parts today.

Yay for stoichiometry. AFR is hooked up, waiting for the boost sensor to come in the mail so I can see where boost is at. It and the 7th injector kit should come in the same day. Truck isn't mobile right now anyways.
