Got to love the YCS187 knockout shot. Or the victory rifle!

 

Survivalists Rifle was my favorite gun, with percs and armor i was doing like 70 DAM and almost 400 DPS

 

I actually tried to go hard with a caravan shotgun w/ slugs and coinshots. It's fun to challenge yourself

 

Found the FO3 expansion... no sign of reg game

 

Challenge: Fallout new vegas hardcore mode with only Abilene Kid LE BB gun....go

 

I like going mad max style with the big boomer, leather armor reinforced and rex FNV

 

I'll 1 up that:
Deathclaw cave (whatever it's called) w/ laser pistol and reg e cells. That's a death sentence

 

That name Deathclaw just brought back some violent memories

 

Deathclaw....scared the shit out of me more times then i want to remember, I turn around and its in my face.

Fallout New Vegas had so many Deathclaw spots, they even had the alpha Deathclaw, the even bigger Mother Deathclaw, and the even bigger more powerful legendary Deathclaw. Whoops forgot one, Rawr the biggest Deathclaw in the series found in lonesome road i think killing Rawr is the only way to get a Deathclaw gauntlet in FNV. Fuck Deathclaws are annoying in NV especially on hardcore

 

Nothing like topping a hill and oh shit that's a deathclaw! "Cannot fast travel with enemies nearby" Damn!

 

Yeah then it attacks takes out 90% of your health, Turn on pip-boy explore inventory for options, use all chems you have, exit pipboy, vats vats vats, vats miss, turn on pip-boy again and repeat or die

 

Anyone else a little disappointed with the cartoony look to it? I hope they smooth it out

 

Im waiting for the gamplay trailer at e3, and idk about cartoony but it isnt a crazy improvement for F3, looks like a revamped skyrim engine

 

Same, I'm sure the gameplay and storyline will be through the roof. Just looks a bit vibrant and not as dark as DC.

 

That green tint got old tho lol, i heard a rumor that the map is the actual size and scale of the boston area, which would be huge. Thats the type of map i want, something to get lost in and just explore. Huge maps in rpg's are sweet cuz theres alway something new to explore.
Also heard that in F4 the BOS is at war with the Institute, remember Zimmer and the android? Imagine BOS vs. an army of androids i forsee a couple of epic battles. Also the railroad will be returning forsure. Theres gonna be alot of conflict in boston...are you vault dwellers ready for the epic story!!!

 

I wonder what type of time this will take place? Same time as NV, or 3? Will the president be dead, and random talks on the radios of foreign fighters stirring trouble in other parts of the world?

 

Would be friggin awesome!
