Ricci was dq'd for exceeding the fuel flow rate. They are supposed to have about a liter in the tank for testing. I doubt the point scoring cars have much to worry about.

That's why they will stop out on track on the way back to the pits after a race rather than run out of fuel

It's in the technical regs, I looked at it the other day to see if it changed from last year. Doesn't look like it has changed.

6.6.2 Competitors must ensure that a 1.0 litre sample of fuel may be taken from the car at any time during the Event.

Reg 6.6.2.R: Cars painted red will not get DQ'd for running out of fuel.

Weather should be nice, overcast and dry, mild temp, so hopefully tires won't be an issue for anybody. For Ferrari to truly have a chance, they need to work together on Merc like they did a few races ago (block on turn 1, etc). And for Merc, brakes are going to be a concern I would think.
