    Glad I found this thread. Running 33s w/3" suspension lift, getting worn out want to upgrade to 35s. I'll keep my Q short.

    I'm running american racing 17x8 with 0 offset and 4.5 bs. Would running a similar wheel with some negative offset (so sticking the tires a little more outboard) help fight against rubbing/clearance issues. In my head it seems like it would have the same effect as using wheel spacers. (Which I don't really want to use.)

    Is my logic sound?

    Cab mount chop - done
    Planning on removing front fender flares to start, and go from there
    I do have a 1" body lift as well.

    4" BS with a wheel the same size (17x8) I'm running now would mean there would be some negative offset?

    Yeah I see a lot of guys trimming their fenders down, probably end up going that same route.
