I am getting rid of my fixture to build long travel kits for 1st Gen tacomas. I have enough plates and tubes to build 2 kits as well. Looking to get rid of it all. The fixture plate is 1.5" thick aluminum and is very heavy. The fixturing is all machined and dowel pinned so it is very accurate. The kit is similar to the TC or Camburg kits and will retain 4WD if you have it with Tundra axles. Had one of the kits on my truck that I sold and I don't have time to make the kits. 1 of the lower arms is already fully TIG welded. 3/16 plate on everything. The lowers fit together with slot and tab and all pieces that need bent already are. Everything will be very heavy to ship so be prepared for some cost.

I'm confused. Are you selling a weld it yourself long travel kit for $400+ shipping?

Yep. Been sitting in the garage for years and its in my way. My loss your gain. I have all the CAD files for design and assembly along with DXF files to have it laser cut if you want to make more. It is a really good kit. I measured the travel around 14" but I limited mine to 13" because it was my driver.

Attached is a pic of most of what is included. There is a little more. The black plate is the fixture plate and everything bolts to it with dowel pins. There are fixture to make bushing uppers or rod end uppers. Tubing for bushing tubes included also.

I am in Boise, Idaho. Someone please take em off my hands.

If anyone just wants to buy the CAD let me know and I will make you a killer deal.

Kit and fixtures are tentatively sold but I have the CAD available if anyone wants to buy it. It includes Solidworks files for the entire kit including DXF files to have it laser cut and drawings for the bending of the plate and tubes. Machining drawings for the other pieces there too. If anyone wants it for $200 let me know. Pics below are of two style kits that are included. One is the standard TC or Camburg 3.5" per side which works with 4WD and the other is 4.5" per side which works with non 4WD (tube style lower).

PM me. I'm interested. You said you had one lower arm tif welded together? Do you have a pic of it? I would need to build a Jig for the lowers is why I ask. Did you use stock upper stir mounts? What about the up A arms? They come with the kit?

    Stuff and junk and things...
I have the CAD files if anyone is interested in buying them. I started to re draw for my cutting systems at the time but didn't finish.

I may entertain offering DIY weld it yourself kits, laser cut and CNC broke.
