Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I just like things to stay on topic here, it's annoying when people bring off topic junk here and clutter up the forum, we have an "Off Topic" section here for a reason. And I do realize you can like other makes and models right. I have several older Fords and one Chevy so yeah I am not a fanboy, I just want to see things on topic in the appropriate forums. This isn't the Chevy Colorado section of TW, so there you have it.

I totally understand now that you put it that way. The only thing I can suggest is bring it to the forum moderators attention. If its anything like other forums I have been in they can move threads to other sections of the forum.

Why did you even comment on the thread if you do not like it? If you do not want to see this there are other forums and btw the OP can post what he wants as long as it does not violate the code of conduct.

Actually GM monitors the GM Colorado/Canyon Forums and quickly responds to posters problems. Don't know if they resolve all the customers problems, but they are making the effort, which is more than Toyota is doing.

Unfortunately my 2007 Colorado Z71 that I had for 6 years has spoiled my taste for almost any of the "big 3" vehicles. I just refuse to give them and the UAW money now. The 3.7L 5 cylinder completely sucked, as did the transmission it was mated to. They had to replace the head under warranty at 70k miles, and then at 100k it was going again. So I sold it.

I did like certain features the truck had and I loved the way it looked, but mine was problematic and basically worthless when it hit 6 years old and 100k miles. I also took a serious bath when it comes to depreciation. Literally 6 months after buying it I realized I screwed up by not getting the Tacoma.

I will say this however, if the 5.3 V8 had been available when I got mine, I would probably still have that truck as 95% of my problems revolved around that crappy I5 engine.
