ya bro! ill be leaving either wed night or thurdsay sometime. ill be doing the camping thing till sunday! who all is gonna be camping out??

I wish I had the stuff to camp out but I think my family wouldn't be to comfy sleeping out there.

 

Man im so jealous.....I'll be up there this weekend. I do plan on making the next one. Take alot of videos and pics.

 

I plan on camping. Ink Junky you camped last year didn't you? Or did I drink too much of 2112's tequila and confuse you for someone else?

 

I am camping out in Goose Island State Park from Wednesday-Sunday

what is the actual location of the meet?

 

We will be meeting in the Port Isabel walmart park lot and drive together over the bridge to SPI.

 

The walmart meeting point is about an hour away from Goose Island State Park, but Goose Island has clean bathrooms a nice fishing pier and bunch of wadeable fishing areas if your interested. If you do go to wade fish in the area please shuffle your feet as you walk and don't step backwards as the string ray population is huge. I have seen several people who have been hit by a ray and I will tell you I swear at least 2 of them have walked on water for a few steps

 

I just googled the directions from goose island state park to port Isabel and it is about a 3 hour drive

 

From my understanding this is the address for the Walmart everyone is meeting at

I just looked at the OP, you're right. The guys leaving from San Antonio are meeting there in the morning and then driving down to south padre.

I'm going to try and get that Friday off so and leave Thursday afternoon. I plan on driving up the beach to the Mansfield cut and will camp out there. I'll swing by on Saturday after everyone has gotten to the beach.

You are correct. That is the wal-mart that is in Port Isabel that everyone will meet at before heading over to south padre isalnd.

 

So sad.. Everything is happening to my truck beffore the meet lol. Backed up into a car and broke my light, bumper all dented in. Someone hit me in the front bumpers and fender all poppin out and paint chippin. Lol ill be there but a little crippled!
