    I kinda track BP, I've been slacking lately though, and I just got a fitbit the other day so it tracks my heart rate.
    The last 3 days my resting heart rate is 64 BPM.

    I dip too and am trying to quit. The only time I really crave a dip is when I'm drinking though. I can go Mon-Fri without dipping :notsure:

    I think most supplements are a waste. Sure, you may get a little something from certain supplements, but I don't think anything is significant enough to make or break you. If your diet is in check, you don't need supplements, anyway. The only supplements I take are protein powder, a pre-workout, and creatine.

    I bought an American flag speedo off Amazon to wear and it ended up being a fucking thong! We were at the lake at a friend's house and there were at least 75-100 people there when I took my shorts off on the dock. I only rocked it for like 30 seconds though b/c I didn't want everyone putting it up on Facebook lol...I don't even know if anyone got a picture...hopefully not.

    I was just thinking today, when I start law school next month, I'll have to go 3 days a week (most likely, Mon, Wed, & Fri) after work. Going to the gym is gonna be a bitch. I was thinking the best way is to just go on Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun....I am NOT looking forward to this schedule. Each class is 3 hours long, too...
