That alone will make a big difference. I'll research pads now. Do you think that general Autozone rotors would be good enough?

I swear by EBC pads, I have really liked the stopping power and quick bed in period, I only run them from now on and have them on my truck and Acura.

Brakes are nothing to skimp on. The 6000 series is fairly inexpensive and are designed for 4x4 trucks like the Tacoma.

Fun, bordering on pucker, in a stock Tacoma with 175,000 on its suspension and no armor.

The subtotal of my upgrade is $481 before tax. That's pretty steep for me

Not rear-facing infant seats in the back, and even later, not good on long trips for the front passenger moved all the way up. And frankly...kids gonna grow up fast and have a best friend forever inthe whole wide universe that we need to take camping...and 2016s are ugly, and I needed to act quickly to get one of the last 2015s...
DCLB 4x4, towing package, Entune with Nav, 16-inch alloys. Just what fits my needs, put a cap and OME on it, a few other details here and there, back to where I need to be. 3 miles, still needed dealer inspection.

I cringe a little every time I see someone making the same mistake I did with 5100s...

Not much to do except wait for them to leak, or a shaft to bend, and buy something better. Might consider removing the sway bar too but then again with stock coils maybe not.

Fuck that. Most expensive with most buttons doesn't mean best. Sports hoods and wheels are stupid, OR is not an option for LB, I'm going to replace the suspension anyway. Never needed any extra buttons to make my 01 go wherever I wanted to go anyway. Got what I need and what I want.

    Baby seat in front.

My daughter is 8 now and I always bring her and her friend up skiing. They fit fine in the back now.

Will they last any longer since I don't take my truck off-road a lot? It's more of a once in a while thing unless I'm fishing and I see something I want to explore every now and then, nothing bad
