Man I'd love to get the band back together. I probably won't have time to take the lead on this for a Toyota/TW exclusive event like last year, but we could all meet and camp together at one of the other events here later in the year.

There are two potential events with the main Jambo there in September 11-13, and another two day event October 17-18, all open to public and prices will be on par with last year. I prefer the October date as I have a wedding to be in on the September date. Let me know what you guys think.

For the fall crawl in October, event sign up is open and a $65 fee for land use and trailing, the campground charges a $35 per person camping fee for the weekend. I'm gonna call the guy at big dogs next week and see if we can get some type of discount with enough people signing up as the event is only for limited amount of trucks and first come first serve basis. I already know the campground will not budge price wise.

Ok I've been emailing John from Big Dogs and he is on board with dropping prices, up to $10 off the $65 entry fee to $55 depending on how many we can get to show; the problem lies within the Cove campground and their prices. I will be contacting them next week to see if we can get a "TW" discount for the fall crawl. Shot in the dark but I want to keep these fees as low as possible. Looks like maximum we would have to pay is $100 for 2 nights camping with guided trail runs, night runs, bonfires, etc. as of right now. I'd like to see that drop however. Looks like if we can get 40-50 trucks to show that price could drop another $10. Then let's hope the Cove is feeling generous enough to drop their prices.

Damn I got a fast response. Ok here's the deal, we get 50 trucks, it's $50 for the off road use at the campgrounds, any less and its $60. Add in $35 for the campground fees per person for a 2 night stay for a total of $85-$95. If y'all are interested (I sure am) in doing it at this price I will start a thread to gain some traction toward that 50 vehicle discount. Thanks again.

I talked to the cove campground and their camping fees actually went up this year. John from big dogs would give us a discount to make it $55 per vehicle, and the Cove says they would give us a discount to make it $35 for a 2 night camp per head. Total $90 for one person and one vehicle. I am looking to go October 17th during their Fall Crawl event, which is a big event for them.

If it there is enough interest I would be willing to go despite the over expense, had fun last year.
