Anyone have any experience with any of the shops in Woodstock/Acworth? Wifes CRV needs a steering rack, dealership wants $1700 to do it. Just wanted to see what other options there are in the area. I've seen a bunch of Mike the Mechanic shops, but wasn't sure what the deal was with them. New to the area, all my tools are packed in a storage unit and I'm in an apartment so no place to do the work myself anyway!

A buddy of mine works at Kams on 41. They are a pretty good shop but I've been told they can be pricey.

Just a heads up, I went to My Mechanic Joe in Woodstock. Very happy with the service. I'll definitely be having John do any work on my vehicles that I can't or don't want to do from here on out.
