The final product will feature a two (2) pole holder set at a 30° angle, which is user adjustable to 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°. They can be mounted anywhere along the bedrail you choose. Production will commence around the 1st of September with shipments starting about 1-2 weeks after. All customers will be updated with tracking numbers when their purchase ships.

    Options available -
    White or Black
    Driver's side/Passenger's side, or both.
    With or without rod slots.

If you order one, I'll assume it is for the driver's side unless you specify otherwise. After you receive it and you feel like you'd rather have it installed on the other side of the truck, you can easily do that with the supplied/downloadable instructions.

The cost is $38 for one, $70 for two, plus $15.80 flat rate priority 2 day shipping (covers up to 2 holders). PM me for further payment info.

Custom orders are possible - One customer asked for a low profile rig so his tonneau cover would close over it when not in use. Just PM me for details.

nice! interested. Any way they could tilt downward more or would that cause potential issues with rods falling out? Do the rods bounce around a lot while in them?

I assume the bungee that they have is what keeps them down nice and tight

^^^ correct. The bungee keeps it tight. I'll be testing it more this weekend but so far it's pretty stable. As far as changing the angle, while possible, makes the entire mount longer to accommodate for space between the rods for the securing knob.

Ah, gotcha. I fish with rods over 6 ft up to 7'7" since I bass fish from the bank.... A boat.. one day... one......day. Just was concerned with them being super high out of the bed and for it to be sleek and what not. Love the idea and would likely snatch up a set. I stared at my truck for about 2 hours... thought of way of doing this and then gave up and ate some pizza. You did the hard work for me :D

Interested as well...as far as the angle goes, is there a bar or anything that seats into the rails? Seems to me you could just slightly angle the mount a little more when you installed it. I suppose it wouldn't sit as flush to the side caps, but wouldn't that allow the rods to sit at a slightly gentler angle? Been trying to figure out something for 8'6" salmon rods!!

I'd buy two sets because I'm lazy and that's exactly what I need, plus my friend w/ a taco has been talking about angled rod holders as well. Put me down for two sets if this happens.

How it mounts actually has nothing to do with angle. That's how it's milled. I'll experiment with other angles and longer poles. If there's enough interest, I'll start taking official orders in about a month.

I guess what I meant is couldn't the handle be loosened, the whole piece angled down a little, then retighten handle knob on rail? Or am I missing something there?

Interested either way, the salmon rods don't come out all that often...this would be handy:thumbsup:
