The long travel set up is great I was bouncing back and forth for like 6 months between mid and long travel and don't regret long travel at all it does more than I expected and the guys over at dirt king helped out alot. As far as the fenders go I plan on putting glass up front as soon as I get the money so this is a temporary fix for more travel and no rubbing considering I almost ripped my front bumper off. Thanks for the kind words and if you have any questions on anything please ask man I did a ton of research before pulling the trigger

 

Nice! Thanks a lot man. It's awesome to find helpful people on the site. I've been lucky so far to encounter a bunch of good folks out here, but I've seen some douchey stuff from a few members, so I just try to stay out of it altogether. Did you go through dirt king directly for your setup? You're 2wd too, right?

 

I am 2wd and yes lots of doosh bags on the site but also very good info and alot of it haha so I just ignore the idiots and take all the info I can and if you end up going with the kit make sure you get the gussets for at least the uca and if you have a welder the install isn't too bad if you don't have a welder don't put it on and take it to them to weld it for you just let them install it it was like 100 bux less to have them weld it I shoulda just spent the money and had them install it for the extra money

No problem man but if you want to install it hit me up I did the whole thing in a weekend and it turned out great minus the fact that everything was on the wrong side and upside down
damn directions I read them upside down I guess

Just saw this on Instagram and remembered this is what I was trying to describe to you that day you brought your truck over to Jeff's. See how they cut the top of the factory bumper off and left it in place, super clean way to do a pre Reiner tube bumper and have the lights and grill trimmed out nice :

 

Yea man that looks super clean but I sold my bumper to fund the tube bumper I'm going to be building but I really like the look of that

Haha well its been on hold for a bit my welder I had to help me got diagnosed with diabetes 3 days after getting supplies so we've been on hold till he feels he's up to putting in some labor to get that thing built I'm stoaked for it but still have the bad ass front bumper delete mod lol
