So with all this extra time on my hands with taking some leave due to the new baby, I'm thinking about doing the BHLM, color matching my grill, and possibly spray tinting my tail lights.

Anyone done either one and got any tips?

I've heard the krylon fusion black paint is best for the head lights, but should it be glossy or flat back? Can I just reheat the glue and fuse the casing back together or should I buy new casing glue?

What brand of spray paint is best to color match my grill (super white)? Should I even risk clear coating with this AZ sun likely to turn it yellow?

I've read all the mod tutorials for these mods, but none of those threads understand the damage the AZ sun can do to paint. Just need some insight. Thanks here's a beer for your troubles

My cab mount is a solid 6 inches away from where I'm cutting, I'll never have to touch it.

It is kinda nice to read it on the porcelain throne.

Although their items are cheaply made, if you take care of them and don't push them to their limits, they aren't too bad for the price.

Exactly. I wouldn't expect a company that does what his does to be running on 2k. I would think half their software wouldn't work.

Who knows what the hell I'm doing. I love my 4Runner, but it sucks driving long distance in. I like the idea of a Tundra, but I don't like the idea of starting a build over and spending all the money again. So right now I'm gonna try and pull a Moose and make it work the way it should. I'd like to regear in December and maybe find another supercharger at some point. We'll see what happens.

I am making some progress on the tub though. I used CAD (Cardboard-Aided-Design) to make a template, then cut and bent this sheet of 16 gauge. I have a few more bends, some grinding, and then it's time to tac weld.
