    We quoted you 8-10 weeks & that is what we aim for or else we wouldn't quote it.

    While we always aim to meet our quoted time frame & are rarely late, there are occasionally times (like recently) when things happened that were out of our control (stolen bumpers, employees messing up a batch of bumpers & us having to start over, losing an employee etc.) However, we have never been 10 months late. The few times we have been late, we do our very best to communicate clearly with our customer(s) so they know exactly what is going on, why & what our plan of action is to get their order out ASAP. :)
