Is this the first time someone referenced game of thrones in the gym thread?

Nice. Next time I go to Wal Mart I'll check it out.

I'm slowly lowering my caffeine tolerance. I was up to 2 morning cups of coffee, plus my pre, but now I'm just down to 1 morning coffee and a pre. I'd cut out my pre before I cut out my coffee lol

That's on mine and Amy's Netflix list. Haven't started it yet

I don't think it's on NF. You will have to get HBO Go or HBO Now. You can couchtuner it too but then that limits you from watching on an actual TV.

We had a hex bar in high school, that thing was awesome. I wish my current gym would get one.

Day 9 of 11 at work with only one day off but, too nice not to run before work this morning. Cool for here and August at 64.

And I've gained a couple pounds over the past 10 days or so...eating everything in sight & doing the ON (thx Zach). Haven't changed my work out or XC run so hoping it's lean gains.

    yeah, more quad focused
less stress on the lower back, but I still get a good burn. Moving into a bigger split between legs/back for a little while, been getting kinda burned out

25 miles of racing coming up too

I'm so glad you said 0.82 grams and not the ridiculous 1.5-2 + that I see all over the place ha
Heck, I get more than that most days without supplementation just by eating right. (I'm also 5'8", 160).

I'm still charging mine. What did you find useful and lame about it? I'm not too into techy stuff for workouts but I'm not going to return a present from the GF ha

I love mine, but the fiancée got me the iPhone watch a s a wedding gift. My favorite is the heart rate monitor and the steps walked. I didn't pay too much attention to calories burned, but the other features (stairs climbed, distance walked) were cool.

I'm looking forward to tracking HR and even the sleep monitor since I don't sleep so well.

I just see it as a reminder ha something to be like, oh yeah, I should be a little more active if I get the chance.

I'll likely check the time on it more than anything... Ha

    Thanks, man.
